Coaching Process

Our coaching is a proven approach for enhancing achievement through a collaborative relationship between coach and client.  We help you assess your “balance sheet,” including strengths and areas for improvement.  Results are obtained through a process of discovery, focused feedback, goal setting, and strategic action.

Our coaching is conducted with confidentiality.  You can choose from a face-to-face meeting, telephone coaching, or virtual coaching.  The focus is on assessment, awareness, problem solving, and action planning in a supportive, collaborative environment.
