Coaching Process

We provide customized, professional coaching through the following steps:

  1. Assessment: We meet with the client to obtain his or her background, views, and perceptions. As an option, we conduct individual interviews with people who are familiar with the client and who agree to provide confidential and anonymous feedback. The interview respondents are given a choice of responding by telephone, e-mail, online, or in face-to-face meetings.
  2. Analysis: We compile and analyze the interview data, and develop an executive feedback report for presentation to the client.
  3. Coaching Meeting(s): We present the executive summary report to the client in a one-on-one meeting, using a blend of feedback, discussion, insights, and strategic action planning. The primary deliverable from the meeting is a detailed, long-term Action Plan for improving behavioral skills.
  4. Accountability: We work with the client and hold him or her accountable for following through on commitments, demonstrating measurable improvement, and achieving results.
