Focus on Adult Learning Principles

All of our training classes include a variety of training techniques, such as presentations, facilitated discussions, individual and small group exercises, case studies, role plays, and skills practice.  This hands-on approach ensures skill building and retention of skills after training.  Each training program includes a high-quality, up-to-date workbook, which is designed to be used both as a training workbook and a permanent reference guide. 

Instructional Design Services

In addition to our standard proven programs, we offer instructional design services.  This includes developing and creating customized business learning solutions to meet the needs of your organization and to fit with your organizational competencies.  We can meet your specific course material requirements for participant guides, leader guides, job aids and assessments, and more.

We offer the following options:

• Design the training, materials, and leaders guide and turn them over to you
• Prepare your internal trainers to deliver the training through a Train-the-Trainer program
• Deliver the training with your internal trainers as co-facilitators
• Deliver the training ourselves

Working With You to Determine Training Solutions

We will help you determine the best training approach or you simply review the training topics and choose any that fit your team or organizational needs.  Each program can be customized and targeted to meet your specific needs.  We work closely with you, integrating your business language, real-life projects, and challenges into the program materials.  Each program can be offered individually or can be combined with other programs to create a customized training curriculum.
